This is a progressive 5 week course that builds week by week to a comprehensive full body massage for your infant.
This class helps to teach about the wonderful benefits of baby massage, such as improved digestion, relief from colic symptoms and improved sleeping patterns, to name a few. It offers the opportunity for parents and care givers to really strengthen the bond between them and their infant whilst gaining the ability to better understand their baby's non-verbal cues.
This class helps to build a stronger sense of balance and to provide a new strength that enables you to best work with your newly changing hormones and body. These classes are created with a diversity of poses and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle, while also remaining mindful and connecting with your baby.
MOTHER AND BABY YOGA
Mother and baby yoga is a super fun way to spend some time with your baby whilst doing something for yourself at the same time.
Interact, move and enjoy some time together.
This course includes gentle stretches, songs and massage for the babies, and offers a wonderful way for new mums to reconnect with their bodies.
An hour of baby yoga can provide a baby with so much interaction and gentle stimulation, that it may also assist with a more restful sleep for baby at the end of the day!
This class is a fantastic way for new mums to really take a bit of time for themselves while connecting to their inner strength.
We teach a gentle and restorative practice with the adaptability to be made more progressive for those who feel that they are ready for a deeper practice.
